K27 Sports Programs will be holding a basketball training camp to help refine skills for this up coming season. The camp will be for 2 days. This camp will focus on Ball Handling, Shooting, and Rebounding. Day 1 will consist of basic skills of the three categories. Day 2 will be advancement on the three skill sets. We welcome all age groups and will provide the top level of training that is needed to help the players make it in the next level. Day 1:
- Opening Introductions - 10 min
- Stretching - 15 min
- Warm up - 20 min
- Ball Handling - 25 min
- Shooting - 30 min
- Rebounding - 25 min
Day 2:
- Opening Introductions - 10 min
- Stretching - 15 min
- Warm up - 20 min
- Advanced Ball Handling - 25 min
- Advanced Shooting - 30 min
