You'll find everything you need to stay fit and limber - progressive strength exercises including free weights and your own body weight, Pilates and Yoga.  Half the class is focused on strength work, half devoted to flexibility.  Everyone works at their own pace so all fitness levels welcome.

Jackie Schanlaber leads this weekly fitness program.
