General Information
FUSION I (Calorie Burner)

  • We'll fuse Stepaerobics, Latin dance, stairclimbing, running and walking, with strength training and Pilates for an extra challenging, but safe, total body workout.

  • Modifications are offered up or down so everyone can work at their own pace. All equipment provided.


FUSION II (Full-Body Flexibility)

  • In this highlight-of-the-week class, we fuse yoga stretches, deep breathing, dimmed lights, relaxation music and traditional flexibility principles for a full-body flexibility hour.

  • Bring your own mat or use ours.
